Hi Larry,

 

I just wanted to let you know that I was completely satisfied by the wonderful gentlemen you have working there in your sales department.

 

When I drove up in my old jalopy I was totally embarrassed and thought they may just tell me what are you thinking and send me back off the lot.

 

I had been through two years of unemployment in the Mortgage Meltdown, a divorce and my poor car had suffered just as I had.

 

From the moment I got there and I prayed the whole way I would make it, I was treated with nothing but kindness and excellent team professionalism.

 

Sandy Beach greeted me immediately, told me that my car was not the worse one he had ever seen and told me not to worry, most likely we would work a good deal out, he really tried to comfort me.

 

I was taken to Tristan Bates who also did all he could to remove my embarrassment and immediately took over trying to get me a deal.  He also treated me with great finesse and I was immediately test driving a vehicle.

 

By the time I drove the 2nd car Tristan had worked out the credit issues and had my options ready for me.

 

I made the selection and before I knew it, I was working through the paperwork with Cesar Perez who was completely knowledgeable and quick, as well as super friendly!!

 

It was the most pain free and wonderful experience you could have in purchasing a car.  I thought I had actually found that mystical "Easy Button" they talk about on TV commercials.

 

I just wanted to thank them so much for such a compassionate, pain free experience.  Everyone loves my new car and I will be sure to let my admirers know about the wonderful treatment , great service, and complete satisfaction they will find at your establishment.  

 

Sincere thanks to all there for my beautiful sparkling new, gas efficient 2011 Sentra!! Please tell them all I truly appreciate what they did for me!!!

Dear Mr. Smith:

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the work Mike Uribe performed in helping my daughter with her '07 Nissan Versa.  Mike went the extra mile in helping to get the car repaired in both a timely and cost-efficient manner.

My wife, Noreen, and I purchased a '02 Nissan Pathfinder at your dealership three years ago and you have always treated us well but this is the first time we have had to work with Mike.  His service to us was very professional and courteous.

We have recently moved back to Huntington Beach and due to Mike's efforts we will bring all our future auto service needs to Surf City Nissan including my '00 Honda Accord.  Of course it goes without saying we will endeavor to make our future automobile purchases there as well.

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Mitch, for the excellent service he provided my wife and I.  Mitch sold us a 2008 White Nissan Pathfinder last Sunday that my wife and I are excited to own.  It was our first experience purchasing a vehicle ever from a dealership. It was particularly a delightful and helpful group of people that I'm sure your very proud to have work for you.  It was ten o' clock at night and in total, 6 of your employees remained to make sure our experience was a positive one.  From the initial greeting of Flavio, to working with your financial director John, to your dedicated worker who washed and detailed our car, we loved the overall professional customer service!  However, Mitch's professionalism and ability to inform us of our Pathfinder amenities to the actual test drive exceeded our expectations.  He truly sold us the vehicle and we're very happy and excited with the buy!  When I introduced it to my 2 year 8 month old daughter she said, "Wow, that's my car"?

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Mitch and refer all of my family and friends for years to come.

Hello Larry:

After Mike Uribe did such an outstanding job in helping my daughter with her '07 Nissan Versa I wrote you promising to bring all my future auto repair needs to Surf City Nissan.  And as promised I brought my personal '02 Nissan Pathfinder, which my wife and I purchased originally at your dealership when it was Douglas Nissan, into your service department on Friday due to a "Check Engine Now" light which had come on the week before.  I needed to have it repaired ASAP as I needed to renew the registration and have it smogged.  Well it turns out it needed substantially more repairs than I had expected.  

Because of people like Mike Uribe causing me to want to continue bringing my auto business to Surf City Nissan I purchased an '07 Murano from you instead of having the repairs performed on my '02 Pathfinder with 140,000 miles on the odometer.  While it has been a great auto for us I thought it wiser to put the money required for the repairs into a newer auto and you just happened to have the perfect one for us already on the lot.  I also paid for the upgraded warranty knowing Surf City Nissan will take good care of me and this auto since I plan on driving it for at least another 5 years.  Pancho Marana did a great job too in representing me and my wife's best interests, as well as yours, in handling the sale of the Murano.

 We completed the sale Friday night and everyone was very pleasant and professional.  You have a great staff of personnel in both your sales and service departments.  I will do what I can to support your business by referring friends and acquaintances to Surf City Nissan.  I look forward to working with people like Mike and Pancho, as well as the rest of your staff, in the future.
